By using this website elitemii.com and purchasing products or services on it, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

By using this website and placing an order on elitemii.com you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. This website, with all its contents, is intended solely for consenting adults.

 

PAYMENT

We currently only accept Debit & Credit Card payments. All transactions are processed via ‘Verified By 3D Secure’ which is mandatory on all transactions to prevent fraud and protect the customer. This generally requires you confirming the transaction via your banking app or by entering an OTP (One Time Password) you have set up on your card.

Please note that your card will be debited upon you completing your online order.

 

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same day Monday to Friday. Subject to items being in stock.

Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused, unopened with any seals in tact. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential contamination of the product.

To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All products on our website are 100% legal in the United Kingdom & most of the European Union and we cannot provide any information on the legal status of a product outside of the United Kingdom. You (the customer) accept the responsibility to inform yourself about your local laws, import and custom regulations before ordering and you certify that the import to your country of the products ordered is legal. By placing an order at elitemii.com you accept all responsibilities regarding the legality of the products that will be shipped to you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals in tact. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product. Once received a refund will be issued within 5 UK business days.

 

All returns must be sent via tracked & signed delivery to the below address. Please ensure you include your name and order number. Once sent kindly email the tracking number to info@elitemii.com

WARRANTY

Please refer to ‘best before’ dates on product packaging to determine product life. Our tincture products usually have a 2 year shelf life.
